Superlatives in Chicago Area High School Basketball tonight!!!!!

What a game tonight High quality offensive play. Three players scoring over 20. Nick Martinelli going crazy in the second half. Final score #2 Glenbrook South 89 #10 Rolling Meadows 82. That's right 171 points combined in a high school game. AND NO SHOT CLOCK!!!!!! You had a feeling though the game was tight for awhile that Glenbrook South would eventually win. Cooper Noard hit buzzer beaters in first and third quarter. First quarter was from 35 FEET!!!!! AND A JUMP SHOT!!!!! Third quarter one was a fadeaway nasty three point shot from the corner by the Glenbrook South bench. Senior Spencer Brown of Glenbrook South had 12 assists. Martinelli had 35 points, Noard 20 points 9 rebounds. Junior Rodell Davis Jr 11 points, junior Gavin Marr 10 points. Junior Cameron Christie had 32 points on 6 threes , junior Mark Nikolich-Wilson 20 points 9 rebounds 7 assists, senior Orlando Thomas 19 points on 3 threes 8 assists 2 steals for Rolling Meadows. My prediction on seeds in the Glenbrook South Sectional: 1) Glenbrook South, 2) New Trier 3) Rolling Meadows, after that is a toss up.

Lemont sophomore Nojus Industraitis 42 points in win over Hinsdale South who only scored 49 points as a team.
